Up for sale is a terrific, highly detailed vintage sterling silver equestrian brooch featuring two beautifully sculpted racehorse heads running neck-and-neck. They are beautifully framed within a lucky horseshoe and stirrup motif. This is a substantial, solid-cast piece with gorgeous depth and a rich, natural vintage patina that beautifully highlights the details of the horses' manes and bridles. The brooch is marked Sterling twice and measures 2" by 1 3/4". Weighs 22 grams.
