This is an authentic pair of almost matching mid-century Native American hair comb ornaments, handcrafted by a Zuni Pueblo silversmith. The set exemplifies traditional Southwestern jewelry design from the 1940s to the 1970s.

Stonework: Features a horizontal strip consisting of 13 meticulously matched, round turquoise cabochons set side by side on each piece. The stones are secured using fine, classic sawtooth bezels, characteristic of the delicate Zuni "snake eye" or small petit point styles. The color shows a vibrant robin's egg blue with natural, aged variations in tone.

Metalwork: The stone mounting is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver, which displays a rich, unpolished vintage patina highlighting the fine details around the base of the bezels.
